Sec. 20-110. Disciplinary actions of the Department not limited. Nothing contained in Sections 20-82 through 20-100 of this Act limits the authority of the Department to take disciplinary action against any licensee for a violation of this Act or the rules of the Department, nor shall the repayment in full of all obligations to the Real Estate Recovery Fund by any licensee nullify or modify the effect of any other disciplinary proceeding brought pursuant to this Act.
