Sec. 6.04. The size, lighting and spacing provisions of Section 6 shall not be construed to apply to, or to impose additional limitations upon, signs of the types described in Sections 4.01, 4.02 and 4.03, nor shall such signs be counted nor shall measurements be made from them for purposes of determining compliance with spacing requirements.
