Sec. 10-20. Requirements for auction firm license; application. Any corporation, limited liability company, or partnership who desires to obtain an auction firm license shall:
(1)apply to the Department on forms provided by the Department accompanied by the
required fee;
(2)provide evidence to the Department that the auction firm has a properly licensed
managing auctioneer; and
(3)any requirement as defined by rule.
