(1)The Department shall, by rule, establish a schedule of fees for examination, registration, and licensure sufficient to offset a portion of the costs of administration and enforcement of this Act.
(2)The Department may, by rule, establish a schedule of fees for the publication and mailing of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
