Sec. 105. Compelling testimony. Any court, upon the application of the Department, designated hearing officer, or the applicant or registrant against whom proceedings under Section 85 of this Act are pending, may, enter an order requiring the attendance of witnesses and their testimony and the production of documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
