Sec. 3.14. "Restricted pesticide" means any substance or mixture of substances intended for preventing, destroying, repelling, or mitigating any pest, the use of which has been categorized as restricted under subparagraph
(C)of paragraph
(1)of subsection
(d)of Section 3 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act as amended or under the Illinois Pesticide Act.
