Sec. 2.07. "Federal Act" means 49 U.S.C. Chapter 601. This amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly is intended to reflect numbering and citation changes to the United States Code occurring on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly.
