Sec. 7.2. Executive director: qualifications; appointment.
(1)The executive director hired by the board under Section 7 shall have the same qualifications as a director under Section 12, except that the executive director need not be a resident of this State nor a member of the corporation. The executive director may not be a candidate for director while serving as executive director.
(2)To hire the executive director under Section 7, the board shall adhere to any applicable State or federal law prohibiting discrimination in employment.
(3)The board shall require all applicants for the position of executive director of the corporation to file a financial statement which includes the information required under subsection
(4)of Section 12. The board shall require the executive director to file a current statement annually.
