Sec. 65. Administration of Act. The Director may adopt rules necessary to implement the Department's responsibility under this Act. To enforce the provisions of this Act, the director may issue a cease and desist order or require a managed care dental plan to submit a plan of correction for violations of this Act, or both. Subject to the provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, the Director may impose an administrative fine, not to exceed $1,000, for failure to submit a requested plan of correction, failure to comply with its plan of correction, or repeated violations of the Act.
All final decisions regarding the imposition of a fine shall be subject to review under the Illinois Administrative Review Law.
