Sec. 3.106. Acute Injury Stabilization Center misrepresentation. No facility shall use the phrase "Acute Injury Stabilization Center" or words of similar meaning in relation to itself or hold itself out as an Acute Injury Stabilization Center without first obtaining designation pursuant to this Act.
