Sec. 15. Article 15. Non-judicial punishment proceedings. The Adjutant General may adopt rules to effectuate non-judicial punishment proceedings in accordance with the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act which may impose disciplinary punishments for minor offenses without the intervention of a court-martial pursuant to this Article.
