Sec. 10-35. Folic acid; public information campaign. The Department, in consultation with the Department of Public Health, shall conduct a public information campaign to
(i)educate women about the benefits of consuming folic acid before and during pregnancy to improve their chances of having a healthy baby and
(ii)increase the consumption of folic acid by women of child-bearing age. The campaign must include information about the sources of folic acid.
