Sec. 10. Revocation of Executive Order 3 (2005). On the date 6 months after the effective date of this Act, Executive Order 3

(2005)is revoked and rescinded with the exception of Section I (renaming the Department of Public Aid as the Department of Healthcare and Family Services), which remains in effect.
