Sec. 3.06. "Eligible dental student" means a person who meets all of the following qualifications:.

Sec. 3.06. "Eligible dental student" means a person who meets all of the following qualifications:
(a)That the individual is a resident of this State and a citizen or lawful permanent
resident of the United States;
(b)That the individual has been accepted in a dental school located in Illinois;
(c)That the individual exhibits financial need as determined by the Department;
(d)That the individual has earned an educational diploma at an institution of education
located in this State or has been a resident of the State for no less than 3 years prior to applying for the grant;
(e)That the individual is a member of a racial minority as defined in Section 3.07; and
(f)That the individual meets other qualifications which shall be established by the
Department.
