Sec. 3-40. To enter into contracts or agreements with any organization, association, educational institution, or governmental agency for providing educational services for academic credit. The authority of any community college district to exercise the powers granted under this Section is subject to the prior review and approval of the State Board under subsection
(i)of Section 2—12 of this Act.
