Sec. 50. Study. Five years after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly, the Illinois Community College Board shall conduct a study concerning the impact of the changes made by this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly, including, but not limited to, the impact on postsecondary enrollment, persistence, completion, quality, and access to dual credit in Illinois. The study shall include student demographics. The study shall be submitted to the General Assembly and the Governor by October 1, 2030 and published on the Illinois Community College Board's website.
