Sec. 10. Exclusions. This Act does not apply to the following:
(a)Investigations conducted by and penalties imposed by a collegiate athletic
association that relate solely to academic qualifications.
(b)Investigations conducted solely by the institution of higher education or by the
institution's association representative.
