Sec. 25. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. The sharing and reporting of data under this Act must be in accordance with the requirements of the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. Nothing in this Act supersedes the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 or rules adopted pursuant to the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 or any federal or State laws and rules governing student privacy rights.
