Sec. 13B-30.20. Suspension or revocation of program approval. The State Board may suspend or revoke approval of an alternative learning opportunities program under any one of the following conditions:
(1)A failure to meet educational outcomes as enumerated in Section 13B-30.15 of this
Code and as specified in the alternative learning opportunities grant agreement for a period of 2 or more consecutive years.
(2)A failure to comply with all applicable laws as specified in this Code.
(3)A failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the alternative learning
opportunities grant.
(4)A failure to maintain financial records according to generally accepted accounting
procedures as specified by the State Board.
