The disbursing of funds as provided by sections
33-2139

33-2143
, Idaho Code, shall be subject to the payments required to be made by section
59-1324
, Idaho Code, from the state community college account to the public employee retirement fund. Such payments shall be prior to the payment of funds from the state community college account to the several community college districts as provided by said statute.
