33-2121. Removal of commissioners.

For inefficiency or neglect of duty or misconduct in office, a commissioner may be removed by the governor of Idaho upon receiving a resolution therefor by junior college trustees requesting such removal and setting out the grounds and reasons for such request, but a commissioner shall be removed only after he shall have been given a copy of the resolution at least ten
(10)days prior to a hearing thereon if a hearing is requested to be held before the governor and has had an opportunity to be heard in person or by counsel. In the event of the removal of any commissioner pursuant to this section, a report of the proceeding, together with the charges and findings thereon, shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the district.
