602.7201 Administration and supervision.

1. Probation and other juvenile court services within a judicial district shall be administered and supervised by the chief juvenile court officer.
2. The juvenile court officers and other personnel employed in juvenile court service offices are subject to the supervision of the chief juvenile court officer. The chief juvenile court officer is subject to the supervision and direction of the director of juvenile court services.
3. The chief juvenile court officer may employ, shall supervise, and may remove for cause with due process secretarial, clerical, and other staff within juvenile court service offices as authorized by the director of juvenile court services.
