558.19 Forms of conveyance.

The following or other equivalent forms of conveyance, varied to suit circumstances, are sufficient for the purposes herein contemplated:
1. For a quitclaim deed.
For the consideration of ................ dollars, I hereby quitclaim
to ................................ all my interest in the following tract of real
estate (describing it).
2. For a deed in fee simple without warranty.
For the consideration of ................ dollars, I hereby convey to
................................ the following tract of real estate (describing it).
3. For a deed in fee with warranty. The same as the last preceding form, adding the words:
And I warrant the title against all persons whomsoever (or other
words of warranty, as the party may desire).
4. For a mortgage. The same as deed of conveyance, adding the following:
To be void upon condition that I pay, etc.
