317.9 Duty of board to enforce.

Unless otherwise provided, responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be vested in the board of supervisors as to all of the following:
1. Farm lands.
2. Railroad lands.
3. Abandoned cemeteries.
4. State lands and state parks.
5. Primary and secondary roads.
6. Roads, streets, and other lands within cities.
