222.2 Definitions.

When used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Administrative services organization” means the same as defined in section 225A.1.
2. “Auditor” means the county auditor or the auditor’s designee.
3. “Department” means the department of health and human services.
4. “Director” means the director of health and human services.
5. “Intellectual disability” means the same as defined in section 4.1.
6. “State resource centers” or “resource centers” means the Glenwood state resource center and the Woodward state resource center.
7. “Superintendents” means the superintendents of the state resource centers.
