In an action to enjoin a nuisance, the court shall, upon the presentation of a petition, allow a temporary writ of injunction without bond, if the petitioner provides evidence to the satisfaction of the court, in the form of affidavits, depositions, oral testimony, or otherwise, that the nuisance complained of exists.
