PART VII. TRIAL PROCEDURE
[§124B-61] Governor or the adjutant general; rulemaking authority. Additional pretrial, trial, and post-trial procedures, including modes of proof, for cases arising under this chapter triable in courts-martial and other military tribunals, and procedures for courts of inquiry, shall be adopted by the governor or adjutant general by rule or as otherwise provided by law, and shall apply the principles of law and the rules of evidence generally recognized in military criminal cases in the courts of the armed forces that are not contrary to or inconsistent with this chapter.
