[ §554D-601] Capacity of settlor of revocable trust. The capacity required to create or add property to a revocable trust is the same as that required to make a will. Unless otherwise altered by the terms of the trust pursuant to section 554D-602(c), the capacity required to amend, revoke, or direct the actions of the trustee of a revocable trust is also the same as that required to make a will.
