§88-60 Members whose services are on loan to other governments. Any member whose services are on loan to another government, as authorized by section 78-27, shall retain the member's membership and shall receive credit in the system for such service; provided that the member returns to the member's former employment within ninety days after the termination of such service; and provided further that the government receiving the loan of the member's services fulfills all of the requirements of section 78-27.
