§88-134 Service retirement benefit. If a service member has terminated the service member's service with the armed forces and otherwise complies with the requirements of sections 88-73, 88-281, or 88-331, as applicable, the service member shall be entitled to a service retirement benefit to be computed as provided in sections 88-74, 88-282, or 88-332, as applicable, including and taking into consideration the service credit preserved and allowed to the service member by the Servicemen's Act.
