[ §711-1146] Inspection. Upon the presentation of proper credentials, any officer may enter at reasonable times any building, structure, or premises in the State for the purpose of determining and enforcing compliance with this part or of any court order issued under this part; provided that the entry shall be made in a manner that causes the least possible inconvenience to the person in possession or occupying the building, structure, or premises; provided further that a court order authorizing the entry shall be obtained if entry is denied or resisted.
