§54-53 Organization and meetings.

§54-53 Organization and meetings. As soon as may be after January 1 of each year, the board of water supply shall meet for the purpose of organization. The board shall thereafter hold regular public meetings at a designated time and place. The board may adopt such rules and regulations as it may consider necessary for the conduct of its business and the regulation of matters herein committed to its charge. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business; provided that the affirmative vote of at least four members of the board shall be necessary to validate any action of the board.
