§53-24 Consent of agency to incorporation of redevelopment corporations. If any articles of association of a redevelopment corporation are presented to the state director of commerce and consumer affairs, the director shall not file the articles unless a certificate of the consent of the redevelopment agency accompanies the same. No certificate of amendment of the articles of association, or certificate of increase or decrease or change in par value of the capital stock, of a development corporation shall be filed by the director unless a certificate of the consent of the agency of the county in which the project is located accompanies the same.
