§502-74 Penalty for not keeping. Any of the officers to take acknowledgments who fails to keep the record directed by section 502-71, or upon failure to deposit the same with a clerk of a court of record as directed, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250, which may be recovered of such officer, or the officer's personal representatives.
