§502-62 Penalty for not noting changes. Every notary public or other person authorized to take acknowledgments to instruments who takes the acknowledgment of any person to any instrument in which there are interlineations, erasures, or changes, and who fails to observe or perform the requirements, or any of them, of section 502-61, shall be fined not more than $200.
