§46-26 Bonds of county officers; form. Every bond required to be given by any officer, deputy, assistant, clerk, or employee, in any department, bureau, office, or service, of any county, shall be made payable to the county, and shall be in such form as the officer with whom the bond is required to be deposited prescribes; provided that no such bond shall be deemed sufficient or be accepted unless the surety thereon is a corporation such as is mentioned in section 78-20.
