§445-27 Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 445-22 to 445-26, shall be fined not more than $500 and the person's auctioneer's license shall be subject to forfeiture at the discretion of the court. Each day that any of the above specified sections are violated constitutes a separate offense, punishable as in this section provided.
