§440-22 Sham boxing contest; forfeiture of license. Any individual or club who conducts, holds, or gives or participates in any sham or fake boxing contest, knowing the same to be a sham or fake, shall forfeit the license issued in accordance with this chapter, and the license shall be canceled and declared void by the commission. The individual or club and any officers, partners, or members of the club shall not thereafter be entitled to receive and shall not be given another license.
