§414-197 Resignation of directors.
(a)A director may resign at any time by delivering notice given in writing or by electronic transmission to the board of directors, its chairperson, or the corporation.
(b)A resignation is effective when the notice is delivered unless the notice specifies a later effective date. [L 2000, c 244, pt of §1; am L 2002, c 130, §21]
