§383-43 Payment of benefits. Benefits shall be paid promptly in accordance with a determination, redetermination, or decision on appeal. No injunction, supersedeas, or stay suspending the payment of benefits in accordance with the determination, redetermination, or decision on appeal shall be issued by any court, but if the decision is finally reversed, benefits shall not be paid for any subsequent weeks of unemployment involved in such reversal.
