§347-9 Visiting blind and visually handicapped persons; home teaching. The department of human services may take whatever measures it deems necessary to ameliorate the condition of blind and visually handicapped persons by promoting visits among them, providing instruction in their homes, and circulating reading matter among them for their education and recreation.
