§346-56 State reimbursement. The department of human services shall comply with all federal requirements pertaining to methods and standards of administration and shall make such rules and regulations and follow such procedures as may be required for the receipt from the federal government of grants or grants-in-aid for public assistance and such administrative costs as are provided in connection therewith.
