[§329-131] Prescription and pharmacy requirements not applicable. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the prescription requirements of section 329-38 and the board of pharmacy licensure or regulatory requirements under chapter 461 shall not apply to the medical use of cannabis under this part.
