§328-51 Causing preventable deterioration of; penalty. Any person who by interference, intimidation, or carelessness, causes or permits preventable deterioration or waste in connection with the marketing of such fishes or their preservation, or who prevents or attempts to prevent lawful cold storage of such fishes, shall be fined not more than $200, or imprisoned not more than three months, or both.
