§311-6 Expenditures; reports. Expenditures by commission members shall be made upon warrants issued by the state comptroller based upon vouchers approved by the governor or the governor's duly authorized representative. A report of the activities and expenses of the commission members and a proposed program for the State's continuing participation in the activities of the compact for education, including a budget request, shall be submitted by the governor to the legislature.
