§286-62 Special license plates authorized. Any owner of a passenger motor vehicle, who is a resident of the State, and who holds an unrevoked and unexpired amateur radio station license, other than novice, issued by the Federal Communications Commission, upon application, accompanied by proof of ownership of the amateur radio station license, may be issued a special license plate for the owner's passenger motor vehicle as provided in sections 286-63 to 286-69.
