[§286-205] Reports as evidence. Any report by any motor carrier of any accident occurring in the course of its operation, made pursuant to any requirement of the director or any other lawful authority, and any report by the director or any police department of any such vehicle accident, may be admitted as evidence in any suit or action for damages growing out of any matter mentioned in the report or investigation.
