§286-123 Record of conviction forwarded to examiner of drivers. The record of any conviction resulting in the revocation or suspension of any person's license for a violation of this part or any traffic law or regulation of the State or county shall be forwarded by the court to the examiner of drivers of the county in which the court is located.
