§264-90 Agreements with the United States authorized. The director of transportation may enter into agreements with the Secretary of Transportation of the United States as provided by Title 23, United States Code, relating to the control of junkyards in areas adjacent to any federal-aid highway, and take action in the name of the State to comply with the terms of the agreements.
