§226-59 State programs.
(a)The formulation, administration, and implementation of state programs shall be in conformance with the overall theme, goals, objectives, and policies, and shall utilize as guidelines the priority guidelines contained within this chapter, and the state functional plans approved pursuant to this chapter.
(b)The director of the office of planning and sustainable development shall assist the governor in assuring that state programs are in conformance with this chapter.
